Attorney fees
There are two main ways attorneys attract new clients. For some it is
low fees. For others, it is an exceptional reputation and high skills
to match. It’s an unpleasant fact that you won’t find both traits in
the same lawyers. A cheap fee may cost more than you think. My
fees are determined by the difficulties and time required to
investigate and defend your case. I do not take partial cases—that is,
when I take a case it is for full defense including the Administrative
Court, Civil Court and Criminal Court representation. You don’t need a
lawyer to plead guilty, but you do need a Board Certified DUI Attorney
to defend yourself.
No two cases are the same and no two defenses are the same. After we
have our Free
initial consultation, we will begin creating a specific defense for
you and you alone. At that time, I will give you a firm price for
defending you and place it in writing. You will know exactly what it
will cost and exactly what services will be included. There will be No
extra fees or hidden services.
You will find my fees are generally reasonable in comparison to other
attorneys of similar experience. In fact, my fees may be lower due to
reduced advertising. Some attorneys spend $100,000 per year on huge
yellow page ads. This cost must be passed on to the client in the form
of higher fees. I do not have this expense since many of my clients
come from referrals from satisfied clients and from other
attorneys.
