Civic Center Parking & Information

All directions will lead you to the Civic Center Parking Garage. From there, a short walk Southeast will place you in the center of the City-County Offices Complex.

Directions to Civic Center Parking Garage

If you are arriving:

Northbound on Highway 244/75

Exit on Seventh Street Exit. The ramp will lead you directly into Seventh St. Continue East on Seventh to the traffic signal at the corner of Seventh and Houston. Turn left onto Houston and travel (northbound) on Houston to the traffic signal at the corner of Third Street and Houston. Turn right (east) and up the hill to the right is the Civic Center Parking Garage entrance.

Southbound on Highway 244/75

Exit on Second Street Exit. The ramp will lead you directly onto Second Street. Continue East on Second Street to the corner of Second and Frisco. Turn right (south) onto Frisco continue to Third Street. Turn right onto Third Street and immediately on the left side (south side) of Third Street is the Civic Center Parking Garage entrance.

Westbound on Highway 51 (Broken Arrow Expressway)

Exit the highway at the Houston Avenue Exit. The ramp will lead you onto Houston Avenue at its intersection with Eleventh Street. Continue northbound on Houston until you reach the traffic signal at the corner of Third Street and Houston. Turn right (east) and up the hill to the right is the Civic Center Parking Garage entrance.

Eastbound on Highway 64/51 (Keystone Expressway)

This one is a bit tricky. Several quick exits in a row. As you approach downtown Tulsa, exit onto Southbound Highway 75. (Highways 64/51 and 75 intersect just north of the area shown on this map) Then, immediately exit the highway at the Second Street Exit. The ramp will lead you directly onto Second Street. Continue East on Second Street to the corner of Second and Frisco. Turn right (south) onto Frisco continue to Third Street. Turn right onto Third Street and immediately on the left side (south side) of Third Street is the Civic Center Parking Garage entrance.
