Breath Test Defense Strategies

To strengthen his position in court and better serve his clients, Bruce Edge co-owns two Intoxilyzer 8000 machines, the same breath-testing devices used by law enforcement. They are the only privately held models in Oklahoma. Owning and operating these machines gives him hands-on insight into how testing errors, calibration problems, and operator mistakes can occur.
