Question: Can you talk a little about some recent Oklahoma DUI case wins?
Answer: One of our later ones was a very unfortunate case where my client was driving down the road and literally ran over a man in a wheelchair. We were successful in keeping—we got a not guilty on the manslaughter part of that case and it was a major win because the penalty for manslaughter in Oklahoma is from four years to life in prison. The DA had offered us 20 years on the case. Our client was pretty happy with that. That’s one of our more recent ones.
