Penalties

First offense with a BAC between .01% and .08%:
- Six month suspension of your license
- Community service
- $500 maximum fine
First offense with a BAC at or above .08%:
- Six months in jail
- Fine of $300 to $1,000
- License suspension
Second offense within 10 years:
- One to five years in jail
- Maximum $2,500 fine
- Six month license suspension
